Your Content: You retain complete, uncompromised intellectual property rights and 100% ownership of all manuscripts, outlines, artwork, and raw materials you submit to us.
100% Royalties: You keep 100% of all sales revenues and royalties generated by your published works. Book Publishing Corp claims zero percentage or hidden commission on your earnings.
Website Assets: All graphics, copy, layout design, logos, and digital elements on this website are the property of Book Publishing Corp and may not be copied or reproduced without express written consent.
Scope of Services & Author Obligations
Book Publishing Corp provides full-stack publishing services including ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, book formatting, cover design, illustration, audiobook production, book trailers, author website creation, and global marketing.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all manuscripts and materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or local laws.
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
Payment Terms & Refunds
Service fees, package pricing, and payment schedules are established prior to project initiation as outlined in your custom agreement or invoice.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or milestone deliverables have been drafted, approved, or finalized.
Any additional revisions or out-of-scope work requested beyond the initial project agreement will incur separate, pre-agreed service fees.
Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
We treat all client manuscripts, book concepts, and personal communication with absolute confidentiality. We enforce strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) internally to ensure your unpublished material remains secure at every stage of production.
Distribution & Third-Party Platforms
While we format, upload, and deploy your book across major international distribution platforms (including Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, and Audible), Book Publishing Corp is not liable for third-party platform policy updates, algorithm adjustments, or account suspensions outside our direct control.
Limitation of Liability
Book Publishing Corp and its team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, publishing services, or market performance of your published book. Total liability shall not exceed the exact total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
